Managing Partners
Mary Pearson
FOUNDER / MANAGING PARTNER
Mary is a tenured civil servant with 33 years of local government experience, including over 15 years in executive leadership. She oversees a team of 244, manages a $99M budget, and directs client services for the state's largest county.

Her strengths in servant leadership, risk mitigation, and process improvement were vital during the COVID pandemic and recent budget crises. Mary holds an MBA and enjoys riding motorcycles, learning violin, and spending time with her husband and granddaughter, Ladybug.
Victor Pearson
FOUNDER / MANAGING PARTNER
Victor is a U.S. Army veteran with nine years of service and over 30 years in transportation logistics, skilled in regulatory compliance. He has worked as a long-haul driver, owner-operator, and in local government transportation.
His experience in operations, risk reduction, and entrepreneurship supports his role as internal operations strategist. Outside work, Victor enjoys motorcycles and time with his wife and granddaughter, Ladybug.

Tyler Deveraux is the managing partner of MF Capital Partners, a privately held, multifamily investment company, and has been investing in real estate for over 14 years. At the age of 21, he acquired his first student rental property, quickly understood the potential of the industry, and never looked back.

Today, Tyler controls over 3,500 apartment units, throughout 6 different states, with values north of $400 Million.

Tyler is also the Co-Founder & CEO of The Multifamily Mindset, an education company that provides training and support to help others acquire multi-family properties.
Todd Millar
MF CAPITAL PARTNERS, CO-FOUNDER/CEO
Todd Millar, Co Founder & CEO of MF Capital Partners, a privately held multifamily investment company, boasts over 18 years of real estate investment experience. Acquiring his first rental property at the age of 25, Todd swiftly recognized the industry's potential and has since been instrumental in acquiring over 3,000 apartment units across 7 states, with a total value surpassing $300 million.
