Mary Pearson
FOUNDER / MANAGING PARTNER
Mary is a tenured civil servant with 33 years of local government service and the last 15+ years in an executive leadership position. Mary leads a team of 244, manages a $99M budget, and guides client services in the largest county of the state. She values servant leadership, risk mitigation, process improvement, and creative solution seeking.

Mary's foundational skills proved pivotable in leading a team through the COVID Pandemic and the current budget crisis at the federal, state, and local levels.
​
She has an MBA and in her spare time enjoys riding motorcycles, learning the violin, and spending time with her new husband and her granddaughter Ladybug.
Victor Pearson
CO-FOUNDER / MANAGING PARTNER
Victor served in the United States Army for 9 years and is a proud veteran. Victor's 30+ years of transportation logistics experience includes interpretation and adherence to federal, local, and state safety regulations.

He transferred his transportation experience to the private sector as a long-haul driver, owner operation, and in local government transportation division.
​
His vast transportation, risk reduction, operational and entrepreneur experience is valuable as the internal operations strategist.
​
In his free time Victor enjoys riding motorcycles, spending time with his new bride and granddaughter Ladybug.

Tyler Deveraux is the managing partner of MF Capital Partners, a privately held, multifamily investment company, and has been investing in real estate for over 14 years. At the age of 21, he acquired his first student rental property, quickly understood the potential of the industry, and never looked back.

Today, Tyler controls over 3,500 apartment units, throughout 6 different states, with values north of $400 Million.

Tyler is also the Co-Founder & CEO of The Multifamily Mindset, an education company that provides training and support to help others acquire multi-family properties.

MF CAPITAL PARTNERS, CO-FOUNDER/CEO
Todd Millar, Co Founder & CEO of MF Capital Partners, a privately held multifamily investment company, boasts over 18 years of real estate investment experience. Acquiring his first rental property at the age of 25, Todd swiftly recognized the industry's potential and has since been instrumental in acquiring over 3,000 apartment units across 7 states, with a total value surpassing $300 million.

As the co-founder of The Multifamily Mindset, an education company, Todd passionately imparts his knowledge to thousands of investors, emphasizing multifamily property acquisition and fostering a positive growth mindset.
